HALO ! SALAM KENAL !

we welcome you to

SUZUKI INSTITUTE OF INDONESIA 2020

We are pleased to announce that SMAI once again hold Suzuki Institute of Indonesia (SII)

at Sekolah Pelita Harapan Lippo Karawaci Tangerang from June 22-26, 2020.

The Suzuki Music Association of Indonesia registered as a non profit organization in 2009 frequently hosts conferences, camps

and workshops to achieve its goals:

* create healthy learning communities of parents, teachers and children

* support the learning of music in early childhood education

* develop teacher's abilities and quality of life

* reach out to all levels of society

The first Suzuki camp was held in 2007 when a group of teachers organized Suzuki violin teacher training and brought their students together during the school holiday for a week long camp of lessons and activities with guest faculty.

From 2007-2016 the camp was an annual event held the 3rd or 4th week in June.

In 2016 SMAI hosted the Asia Region Suzuki conference in Bali.

The purpose of the camp is for students, teachers and parents to learn and enjoy classical music in a positive supportive environment. Non Suzuki advanced students (Book 7 level and higher) are also welcome.

We look forward to SMAI members joining as well as our friends and young musicians from the Asia Region and other countries.
